Mix one scoop of Anytime Protein into 2-3 ounces of skim milk.
Stir until thick and creamy. Let set in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes.
Remove and top with sugar-free whip. Enjoy!
Blend 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup cottage cheese, half scoop of Anytime Protein and a 1/2 cup of eggs into a batter.
Pour over hot griddle and flip each cake when the edges start browning.
Serve with a tablespoon of syrup and top with almonds.
Add 1-cup skim milk, ¾-cup strawberries and one large banana to an electric blender. Close and blend for 30 seconds.
